		<description>I love how emotionally illustrative the whole piece is.  I could feel the tension and then the easy release of conformity.  You really hit the group think nail on the head.  It felt like I was the one being bullied, so it also felt like I was being accepted.

		<description>It is so scary and sad to think that this isn&#039;t really too far from what actually happens in classrooms today. I only hope that I am not a teacher like that. Yes, following rules is important, especially in an early childhood setting. We use them mostly for safety and to establish a routine. Children need and crave routine, but I hope that I encourage personal creativity as well!!</description>
