Rebirth

This is not a new endeavor. In fact, I’ve been writing a blog for close to six years now. Most of that work was of a personal nature, though. The site chronicled my transition from one chapter of my life to another. It was a form of communication that was aimed at a very specific audience. Beyond that, it was my personal history of what happened in those very tumultuous years. I will treasure every post I made there no matter how silly or inane it was. As a personal site, it suited me, and I was happy to have it.

Things change. I changed. I dropped the pseudonym and I quickly found that, like many things, the concept of the personal blog no longer fits with what I am doing. In fact, it is high past time that I stand up and do something more than simply type away chronicling a personal history that is, at times, wholly meaningless to everyone else. If I actually spend time working on something, I should want an audience. I should work toward that goal. It is no longer enough to type just so that I can preach to my small circle.

It is time to aim for more!
