I used to hate the mall surveys. I would usually do one a year and call it my act of kindness for the poor people not being paid enough to have to ask people to take a survey. Now, malls are dead and surveys are digital. It is amazing how different my approach to a survey when it is something I am active paying for and care about. I spend way too much on feedback surveys, but I do so hoping that a small bit of what I say gets through. I am sure a lot of it is lost or deleted along the way, but you never what might make it through.
Of course, I only do surveys when I want to provide feedback. I also skip a ton of them!
